Refund and Returns Policy

Since all of our work is based on digital delivery — including analytical reports, strategic roadmaps, online workshops, and live consultations — our approach to refunds and returns is designed to be transparent, fair, and consistent with the nature of professional consulting. Our priority is to build long-term relationships with clients based on trust, integrity, and accountability.
1. Nature of Services
All of our services — whether it is a comprehensive market research report, a competitor benchmarking study, a customer satisfaction survey, or a leadership coaching session — are provided in digital format through documents such as PDF, Excel, or PowerPoint, and through online conferencing tools like Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Because each service involves a significant degree of intellectual effort, customized analysis, and tailored insights created specifically for each client, it cannot be returned in the same way as a physical product. This policy ensures that while traditional “returns” do not apply, clients are still fully protected by a framework of clarity and responsibility that governs every stage of delivery.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered in carefully defined circumstances to ensure fairness for both the client and our consultants. These include:
- Technical issues: If, due to a verified technical failure on our side, a client does not receive the purchased report, strategy, or session access, a refund may be processed. For example, if a digital file is corrupted or a scheduled online meeting link fails to function, we take full responsibility.
- Non-delivery: If a consultation, workshop, or coaching session does not take place and rescheduling proves impossible within a reasonable timeframe, clients are entitled to request a refund. This ensures that payment is always tied directly to value received.
- Service mismatch: In rare cases where the delivered service is substantially different from the documented and agreed scope of work — for instance, if an entirely unrelated analysis were delivered — a refund will be considered appropriate.
By defining these eligibility criteria, we guarantee that clients can proceed with confidence, knowing that their investment is safeguarded against genuine delivery failures.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
To ensure fairness and sustainability, there are also situations where refunds cannot be granted. These include:
- Services delivered as agreed: Once a report, presentation, or consultation has been provided in accordance with the agreed scope, the service is considered complete and non-refundable. Intellectual work cannot be “returned” after it has been delivered.
- Subjective dissatisfaction: Because consulting involves professional judgment and expert insights, personal disagreements with conclusions or recommendations are not grounds for a refund. Instead, we encourage dialogue to clarify and expand upon results.
- Full usage of deliverables: If a client has already implemented, benefited from, or used the delivered insights — such as applying strategies in their operations — refunds cannot be requested retroactively.
These guidelines protect the integrity of our work and ensure that refunds are only processed in cases where there is a genuine delivery issue.
4. Refund Process
To maintain clarity and fairness, clients who wish to request a refund must submit a written request within 7 business days of receiving the service. The request should include details about the issue, as well as any supporting evidence if applicable. Each case is carefully reviewed by our client relations team to ensure an unbiased and transparent evaluation. If the request is approved, the refund will be issued within a reasonable period, using the same payment method originally used for the transaction. This process ensures efficiency, accountability, and financial transparency at every step.

We believe in working with our clients until their needs are fully understood and addressed, which is why our policy emphasizes cooperation, problem-solving, and ongoing support as the foundation of long-term success.
